I know of 2 HRs tonight that weren’t stopped by the weather tonight . Them meremen must of forgot to eat their wheaties.
Tonight we see the formula. Good starting pitching, plenty of offense, and pray the hard hit balls go straight to our fielders when the bullpen enters.
Not a formula you want to rely on , lol.

First game of a 3 game series is always big. But especially so against a division rival early in the season.
It sets the tone for the season series with them.
Except the Oakland series.
Oakland is a bad team : much easier to come back and win the next two. Won’t happen alot vs good teams..
Letting that opener get away, which I had the bad luck of attending, still pisses me off. I will never understand Loup/Tepera with a one run lead.
Agree. Perry should have cut them loose in the off-season.

I feel comfortable with Herget. The jury is out on Moore. I don’t trust anyone else.
I’d out the over/under for Joyce being called up at April 20th…..
We clearly need to do something. That’s an option. Josh Hader 2.0.
