The fact that the Angels can’t score the ghost runner in almost every 10th inning game falls squarely on the GM. I’ve been yelling at the wall on this but Perry has 0 influence on game day management and in this day and age, he needs to affect outcomes. This problem was before Washington. The Angels will never become a competitive until they get a front office that can figure out the Angels poor execution in these scenarios.
