CHAVEZ doesn’t give up a run!!!

So we picked up a reject from Texas that strikes out 48% of the time in 2022?

Sometimes – like just now with Stassi and Adell – the strikeout swinging looks so half-hearted, as if they go up there thinking, “We’re never gonna come back here and it was so comfortable sitting on the bench. Let’s just get this over with.”

So we would have won if Davidson was not on the hill?

Wantz looked uncommonly good there: Ks Haniger and the Twink-man, gets a pop-up.

Walsh Ks on 3 pitches as PH for Squid: Squid couldda done that, Walsh.

Squid could have done that.

Right now, we’re 7-4 in the season series against SEA. Hard to believe we’re winning overall against any other team, but so far: 7-4. After this game (prolly) 7-5. Then two more series in Anaheim. So we still have a chance to blow the season series against SEA.

wow…I looked it up. 1-6 vs Baltimore. Strangely, 4-0 vs Cleveland.

Yet another crappy ump. Wantz had Frazier struck out on a nasty low slider.

I’m half surprised Gallego didn’t send Adell there.

Stassi really afraid for O’Hoppe to take his starting spot next year

I think Stassi is safe. The fact O’Hoppe is on top of all the prospects speaks more about the organization. Perry got stiffed on this deal.

Too bad. ‘Cuz Stassi’s bat has dropped way off this year.

My gawd we are soooo efffed.

I am hoping for O’Hoppe. Appears he has some pop but think he is likely 2024.

last night..I should go back and look who said it…someone said Marsh wasn’t fixed because he was 1 for 6 for Philly. Today he went 2 for 4 so that’s 3 for 10, .300 average. So yeah, small sample.

WinkMan ran through the stop. The Winkster was sure he could score. The Wink is fleet. The Winkerdude is out at home. But did you see the Wink hit a salami. Wink!

Nailed Winky at the plate. That is all that matters.

every time I see that we’ve thrown a runner out at the plate to end the inning I expect New York to overrule it, the run score, and the next three batters knock in some more runs
