I just had a feeling that Peraza would bloom out of the Big Rotten Apple. He’s not going to be a HoFer, but he is an asset to the team.

I didn’t know anything about Grissom, but man has he really hit his stride.

That being said, Suzuki will of course bench both players for tomorrow’s game.

Soriano with 6 wins by May 10th. Last year Kikuchi led the team with what? 10? Hendricks won 8 and those numbers are for the entire season. 2024 was similar, Tyler Anderson.

Even though I’ve romanticized the dive of this shitstain of a season, I’m happy we’re leaving the “Six” on a high. So stoked they didn’t ruin Mother’s Day in the 8th there. I would’ve bet my firstborn — the one I actually like — that we were destined to go full Rosemary’s Baby-style blowpen horror show again. Canadians are so nice, eh?
