I appreciate Schanuel’s AB. His job was get the ball into the outfield. HR is great, Sac Fly is Good. K is terrible So he uses a 1/2 strength swing to get the ball to the outfield. Run scores. That is situational hitting and knowing your job. He gets a star from me.

I don’t think you put the guy leading the team in OBP 5th. I also don’t like putting two lefties back to back at the top. I actually think the top 4 today might make the most sense for the current team.

No has advocated for Trout at the top than me. I’ve been beating that drum so long, I’ve given up.

Obviously Trout at leadoff makes the most sense. Since the team (or Trout) obviously disagree, I’m suggesting a lineup based on what could potentially happen.
