I still can’t believe this guy had a 2.52 whip in AAA and they thought he out of all of the people in AAA was the one they should call up. I’m pretty sure Brogdon is one of the least deserving players to have put on the Angels uniform ever and I don’t say that lightly.
And yet, he did not pitch badly tonight…Two complete and a single run is not bad, especially considering the stats you mentioned. If RJ had done that we might have won this game…
In more enjoyable news, Lucas Ramirez, Manny’s son, hit his first home run for the Angels complex league team tonight. They’re winning 12-2, and Manny Jr is hitting .571 to start the season.
