Jimmy is the 11th best player on the team by BWAR. Not bad for a reliever.

I mean if we were in the race. But yeah, as for the game…two on now, no out. Great. I guess we didn’t need more runs….

hey, if the Skanks pull out this game vs the Mariners, Seattle will be technically behind both Cleveland and Baltimore for the last wild card spot.

Walsh is our new king of K’s. This dude totally went into the dumpster. He’s a good glove first baseman and a below average bat with occasional pop.

MLB history is filled with fellows who were All-Stars one year and washed up soon after.

The Angels have contributed to that elite group.

Without being traded to the Angels?

Otto Owt is up. He needs to learn how to hit the outside pitches to left because the opposing pitchers are serving him a steady diet of them, many of which are called strike three (looking).

I need to look up the entire list of players who’ve hit as many as 25 HRs and struck out at least 150 in the same season. I bet there’s just one

Mark Reynolds, many times. JUp did the feat for us (30/176) ,Trumbo (34/184) Trout (36/184), last seasons AL MVP (46/189). 150K’s is not much of a feat these days, doesn’t even get you into the top 50 all-time seasons

Sam Selman. I’ve heard that name before. Why is he getting people out now?

Any other pitcher and that batter is safe at first.
