Minasian deserves a lot of the blame for not finding many good bullpen pieces through drafting/trades.
To exacerbate that, he has been largely handcuffed in free agency by budget restrictions. This has prevented him from bailing out his terrible home grown roster construction.

I would set the over/under at 10 the guys on our roster if they would be DFA’d would not be picked up by any other team.
