Maybe you don’t not pitch a guy for over a f’ing week. After not pitching for 4 days you have him face 3 batter regardless of pitch count and take him out.
So we had a lefty reliever in the game that struck out his last batter and only thrown 12 pitches. Yankees only had lefties to hit to start the inning and we brought in a reliever that hadn’t pitched in 8 days. So many things wrong with that. Suzuki should go back to coaching his son’s team. He’s so bad.
They put the guy with the best stuff in a 9-0 game and people wonder why he walks guys…. Yet they throw Romano into the 2nd most important game of the year when he hasn’t pitched for a week !
If the Angels weren’t going to sign Kenley then why didn’t they trade him at the deadline for anything?
