One of the best starts in a long time by an Angel. Absolutely flawless control of the game after giving up the early homer.
Sale’s ERA went O.50 to 3.79 tonight. I would not have even anticipated that happening tonight.
If only Moncada’s batting average could do that

Soriano being super efficient is huge after beating the crap out of our bullpen yesterday.
I have to believe that MM has helped him to go after people. Last season it would drive me CRAZY how Soriano would nibble and walk guys…. especially the 8 and 9 hitters of the opponent.

Yeah, he was channeling his inner CJ Wilson last season.
Anyone following the Dodgers? They have way too much talent. It’s unfair. Even if we made the playoffs, we could only win on luck.
Nobody is beating them. Even with a slew of injuries they have so much depth they would still win easily ….
On paper yes, but you have to play the games. Jays came within 6″ beating them last year. Hot pitching can also stiffen up that line-up.
