Agree that Soriano and Kikuchi are mid-rotation guys on a playoff team. Soriano has future #2 upside, but needs to show the consistency to get there.

That argument is legit but in his current state Kikuchi is far more reliable. I think Soriano can be great but as of now he can/will get blasted any given day.
