They need to get rid of all their guys in charge of drafting and honestly just pick the top players available on like Fangraphs or Baseball America’s top draft lists. They’d save money and get better picks. Even Moore isn’t likely going to be a game changer, he just doesn’t make enough contact even on swings in the strike zone.

normally people say “I could do better” and you know they’re insane, because it is extremely difficult to run a pro sports team, but I know for a fact when it comes to the Angels and the Rockies I could do better, I’m not saying I’d get us a trophy, but I would definitely get us perennial wild card rounds for a decade within four years
