Mickey and Jo are 0 for 19 and counting. You’d think they would get lucky once in a while. Only 5 games, but so far the major league team has 7 players, 6 without Neto. I think the 6 or 7 guys are going to be solid but the other 2 spots may be a bit rough unless someone wakes up. Ward, Soler, and Heefo will be gone this year or next and will need to be replaced and that would drop us to 4 players after next year, Trout, Neto, O’Hoppe, and Schanuel if he develops.

My guess is both. For as fixated as some of us are on Suarez the guy’s getting the same money and is just as cuttable as guys like Garrett Hampson, Chris Flexen, Jacob Barnes, Jesse Chavez, Nick Ahmed…. accept the teams those guys are on (temporarily) have fans that aren’t shitting themselves like they being forced to let the player share a bedroom with them.

Is it me or does it seem like Schanuel is actually hitting the ball much harder this spring.. Not sure the ball has started jumping off his bat but the exit velo seems much improved than the candy ass patty cake swings he would take last year.
