I know the umpire’s terrible call on Ward had a huge influence on the game, but the inability to get to this rookie Houston pitcher in the first two innings was frustrating. We could have been up by 5+ runs by the 3rd inning.
Loop’s ERA is a svelte 6.75 now
They could have gotten another inning from Webb or even Joyce.
Need them both for tomorrow someone competent will need to pitch the 7th.
This has gotta be the end of the line for Loup, right. It’s just gotta be.
