I am 100% sure that if I sat down with Trout and just explained to him, like man why are you playing at a spot where your range is 30 feet past the CF fence he would play in. It’s like they don’t understand basic basic logic by playing that deep. Like in little league you can’t play a 3B deep if the doesn’t have an arm. You have to play him shallow otherwise even on balls he catches most runners will beat it out.
