Lot of hopin’ and wishin’ that a guy with a 8.76 MLB era, and a 7 K/9 in AAA is going to improve on Eder, though.
I wouldn’t call Mederos any contending team’s second or third resort. At least not an obvious one, though I’m sure they’ll lean on him eventually, bc what else is there to do?
