Birthdays are supposed to be happy. However, Tyler Anderson did not get the memo. Instead, he ruined everything by thinking it was an odd year, and got blasted badly by a 4th place, under .500 Blue Jays team that sold at the deadline. He went 5 and 2/3 innings, giving up 7 runs on 6 hits, striking out 8 and walking 4. Yes, 5/7 was on 2 home runs, but still, that was not good.
Not like the offense helped at all. Sure, they weren’t shutout, but it is hard to win while scoring so little. It was an ugly game, and so bad that there is not much to show. So, watch these only cool clips, and then cry into a bowl of ice cream, hoping that the Angels do not get screwed over by the lottery AGAIN.
