I can tell it is spring training because I’m looking at Gameday and I can’t tell which team is batting and which team is pitching, looking at the names.
And it doesn’t help that lots of the pictures show them wearing hats that don’t belong to either team!
So after a Wednesday day off we open at Oakland on a Thursday and have the next day off. The series then resumes on Saturday. Has anybody ever heard of a Friday off day in the middle of a four game wrap around weekend series?
So for those who can’t find a way to watch the A’s feed on MLB tv due to blackout or other reasons, there are quite a few site where you can watch anyway. I won’t say what they are but if someone else does, you just have to be sure you click on the A’s tab and not the Angels one since bally isn’t broadcasting.

Take the Fenway tour if available…..did it in 1995, got to see everything.
Agreed. I did the tour when I was back there and it was great. Fenway isn’t a good moving around ballpark. Going while it was empty was nice.
Plus the fans are drunken assholes so getting all of the ballpark without them is awesome.

Can’t say the specific Friday off day within a 4 game wrap around series comes to mind.
Lazily, I was implying the off day after a season opener game is common.
