The biggest disappointment for me is Detmers. I didn’t see the game but it looked like there wasn’t much there. Not giving up on him, but still…
He’s 22. First start. Needs to learn to stay out of the middle of the plate.
He actually looked pretty good. He’s got good stuff. He’s legit.
A major league curveball and great control. He will be a top-of-the-rotation guy in a couple seasons

You have a lot of the list but I wouldn’t include Marsh. Add Eaton, Lagares, Suzuki. I’d give Ward more time. But you nailed it – half our lineup with injuries is just below replacement level.
