Today we got Cal Quantrill versus George Klassen. Did George give them a Klassen how to lose to a rookie?

Inning #1
Joc Pederson grounded out to first. So did Brandon Nimmo. Corey Seager doubled to Trout. Ezequiel Duran struck out swinging. Wade Meckler lead off with a line hit to right field. Mike Trout popped out to short. Nolan Schanuel lined out to center. Zach Neto struck out swinging. So much for small ball.
Inning #2
Jarred Kelenic bounced out Schanuel to Klassen. Jake Burger grounded out to short. Evan Carter singled on a liner to center. Elias Diaz did the same. There were now men on first and third with two outs. George Klassen hit Nicky Lopez with a pitch to load the bases. Joc Pederson walked. 1-0 Texas. Brandon Nimmo bounced past the mound but Oswald Peraza was on the Job and threw him out to end the Rangers half of the inning.
Moises Ballesteros challenged a pitch successfully and it was ball four. Vaughn Grissom popped out to first. Josh Lowe struck out looking. Oswald Peraza grounded out to second.
Inning #3 (1-0 Texas)
Corey Seager homered to right field on a 90 MPH slider. 2-0 Rangers. Ezequiel Duran struck out after the third successful ABS challenge by Ballesteros in this game. Jarred Kelenic also struck out. Jake Burger lined out to Peraza at short. Denzer Guzman singled to left on the ground. Wade Meckler got a wild pitch that advanced Guzman to second. He struck out swinging. Mike Trout hit a base hit on the ground to center. 2-1 Rangers.
Nolan Schanuel was batting when Mike Trout stole second. Schanuel walked. Zach Neto struck out swinging. Moises Ballesteros struck out looking.
Inning #4 (2-1 Rangers)
Evan Carter lined out to left. Elias Diaz flied out to center. Nicky Lopez struck out looking. Vaughn Grissom grounded out to third. Josh Lowe grounded out to short. Oswald Peraza grounded out to short.
Inning #5 (2-1 Rangers)
Joc Pederson hit a single to Trout. Brandon Nimmo grounded into a force out. Corey Seager grounded into a double play to second base. Denzer Guzman flied out to center. Wade Meckler challenged a call and got a walk. Mike Trout got a grou7nder to center. Nolan Schanuel struck out swinging. Zach Neto popped out to second.

Ezequiel Duran struck out swinging. Jarred Kelenic grounded out to first. Jake Burger grounded out to short. Bobby Ahistrom replaced Cal Quantrill on the mound. Moises Ballesteros singled on a sharp liner to right. Vaughn grounded into a force out. Jose Siri, pinch hitting for Josh Lowe, hit a double to left. 2-2 tie.
Siri promptly stole third. Oswald Peraza was hit by a pitch. Denzer Guzman bunted Siri home. 3-2. One out men on first and second. Wade Meckler grounded to short for a force out. Mike Trout hit a ground ball up the middle for an RBI. 4-2 Angels. Nolan Schanuel grounded to third for a force out.
Inning #7 (4-2 Angels)
Blake Weiman replaced George Klassen on the mound. Wyatt Langford grounded out for the first out. Elias Diaz hit the ball hard to Meckler who caught it notwithstanding the wall. Nicky Lopez grounded out to the pitcher. Zach Neto had a thirteen pitch at bat and drew a walk. Zach Neto stole second. Moises Ballesteros also walked. Vaughn Grissom flied out to center. Jose Siri struck out. Adam Frazier singled on a grounder to first. Neto scored. Ballesteros then tried to catch the Rangers napping but was thrown out at the plate. 5-2 Angels.

Justin Foscue pinch hit and singled on a liner to left. Brandon Nimmo struck out swinging. Corey Seager singled on a grounder to right. Ryan Watson came in to pitch. Ezequiel Duran flied out to right. Ryan Watson uncorked a wild pitch to advance the runners. Jarred Kelenic struck out swinging. Denzer Guzman grounded out to third. Wade Meckler flied out to left. Mike Trout popped out to first.

Ben Joyce came in to pitch. He reached 103 MPH. Jake Burger popped out to second. Wyatt Langford struck out looking. Elias Diaz flied out to center. Game over man! Game over!
