OK. So I am presuming neither Logan O’Hoppe nor Chase Silseth is available for tonight’s game.
In the first, Zach Neto walked. Mike Trout doubled to send Neto to third (Noice). Nolan Schanuel lined out for the first out and then Vaughn Grissom doubled to make it 2-0 Angels.
A wild pitch advanced Grissom to third. Jo Adell then singled to make it 3-0 Angels.
Houston kept pecking away at this lead one run at a time.
In the sixth and seventh innings the Astros scored four runs. The Angels got one in the bottom of the eighth.
Christian Walker reached in the ninth on an error by Vaughn Grissom. Taylor Trammel singled. Yainer Diaz singled to make it 7-4 Houston.
Siri groundout. Heineman groundout. Zach Neto flied out to right. The Angels lost 7-4.
