Hopefully not, but with the cap going up, it’s going to be ridiculous. Honestly, Bowen Byram getting $12.5M set an extraordinarily bad precedent (terrible trade to begin with).
Verbeek screwed himself by waiting. That’s how these things happen. As much as I dislike Ken Holland, I was glad that he signed Clarke to a reasonable contract before 7/1.
But the Angels defensive errors shake them back awake. When you have to play Yakkety Sax instead of the listening to the play by play, by the 2nd inning, that is not a good sign for your team.
Andy Pages starting rips off a bunch of guys.
Buxton, Trout, and Judge are the 3 best hitting outfielders, and all are starters.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr and his .693 OPS starting over 3 guys with .900 OPSs including Nuck Kurtz’s .949.
Brandon Marsh starting in the Allstar game.
Hey! “What do you expect – A CHAMPIONCHIP” 😜
Is that a Lays or Dorrito Chip?
Later today Mike will be named as a starter for the All-Star game- that makes me happy.
I as well and after a hiatus, I will tune in to watch the game now. Hope he gets multiple ABs so he can add a 3rd AS game MVP to his war chest.
Jo Adell has done it, officially a negative WAR player this year.
The season isn’t over yet.
On pace for about 65-97
I am soooo good with that.
Happy 4th of July. Be safe out there today!
Totally understand falling asleep during a Halo’s game. Posting on here is the only thing thing that keeps me awake most of the time.
After watching a portion of the games, second time this week I wake up pleasantly surprised that the Angels have NOT been no-hit.
Smells like…VICTORY!
Tough day to be an Angels and Ducks fan. Somehow the Angels have a better future 😂
Also, the tank is picking back up and entering can’t be stopped mode
To be honest, what Philly did to the Ducks is hysterical. The Ducks fleeced them in the Gauthier trade.
Of course, the offer sheet is going to drive up salaries across the sport, but it’s still funny.
I could write endless words on my thoughts regarding the offer sheet and it’s wide ranging ramifications on hockey.
NHL is forever changed

🎉 🕶 🇺🇲 Happy 4th of July to all, proud to be an American – baseball, apple pie, family and friends. ❤ . ⚾ 🍔 🌭 🍉 🇺🇲
Didn’t expect Detmer’s to have a bad game but that’s baseball, on any given night.
4 losses in a row..
Sinking toward the bottom again. There might not be a 2027 season but there’ll be a 2027 draft
This offense is putting lots of people to sleep.
