Does anyone know why we have had so many 6:38 PST starts at home this year?

I wondered the same thing.
I like it. Games are longer than they used to be, start them earlier.
Just something they were able to start last year and continue with this year.
I remember reading for years about fans wanting games to start a little earlier than 7 but everything from traffic to shadows were used as excuses.

What a monster month this will be. This team is hanging by a thread . I hope they end May .500. That would be HUGE success . Rays, Dodgers, Astros, Red Sox, Cleveland, then that double header, As, Rangers, As again. Yeah I could see us 5 below .500 at least

You break your finger by hitting it against a desk or table because your Fortnite partner didn’t cover you and your were killed, so you lost the game/tournament/whatever. I never heard of anyone breaking a finger playing Pac-Man, or Centipede, or Galaxa.
Today’s match up against The Rays has all the hype you would expect in a match up between a AL East team in 4th place in their division v. an AL West team in 4th place in their division.

I forgot that ESPN had paywalled pretty much anything. They have some good stuff (like this Passan one seems good), but if I had to choose between The Athletic and ESPN (or others like SI, etc.), I would choose The Athletic 100 out of 100.

Yes, that’s a huge selling point, and I eventually do anticipate getting that bundle.
However, I locked up Disney+ immediately when it came out, and I still use my brother’s student Hulu account that he gets with the student Spotify, so really it would be a standalone. When all that expires, I will consider getting the bundle.
