Alyssa Nakken’s innings as the first female on-field coach appear to have gone well and her jersey is on its way to Cooperstown. Don’t quit your day job, Dr. Fauci. The Dodgers have placed Clayton Kershaw on the Injured List due to back issues. I have to think this will help the Angels but, of course, it will also help the Astros and the Athletics. The Astros have selected the contract of Brandon Bailey who they briefly lost to the Orioles under Rule 5. He will be on their opening day roster. The Angels, meanwhile, have selected Jacob Barnes and Hoby Milner who will also be on the opening day roster. The Angels have outrighted Jacob Rhame who they acquired off waivers from the Mets earlier this month. Rhame cleared waivers and is being sent to the alternative training facility. He’s in the 60 man pool but not on the 40 man roster. The Blue Jays are still looking for a home.
Every single Yankee and Nationals player and coach took a knee before their opening day national anthem. MLB promotes social justice on the field in a number of ways that give players freedom to choose how they express themselves. The Royals are going to be the next team to take a chance on Matt Harvey. There’s something you don’t see every day Chauncey. What’s that Edgar?
Our Angels Roster Map has been updated.
Beyond the Box Score is hiring.
Who’s ready for baseball?
Opening day 2.0
LFG!
Hope all is well everyone.
Let’s Go Halos! Excited to be back!!
BTW, the description above for the Yankee/Nationals game is incorrect. They took a knee before the anthem not during.
Sorry. I misinterpreted the tweet.
No problem! It’s been widely reported incorrectly. I had heard this yesterday in multiple places only to find out it was a show of solidarity between teammates before the anthem.
Former Halos can sure cuss up a storm. I have never seen a player lose his glove for a Homer before Moose, er, Rockie J. Funny stuff fer shore, yup.
Just checked the Angels website and it is official we are in 1st place ahead of the rest of the division, Go Angels
Detroit will be their natural
predatorrival. This is why I’ll love watching games without crowd noise

Update: Now it appears the Blue Jays will play in a AAA park in Buffalo.
I thought that was the plan all along.
Excellent Rocky and Bullwinkle reference.
