I have to admit, the Rizzo/Bryant live feed with the broadcast booth while playing was pretty funny. They seemed to be enjoying it, and good one-liners. This is the kind of stuff you learn and hear when you’re close to a team, not usually heard by the public. Too bad MLB isn’t forward-thinking enough to adopt this kind of thing during the regular season.
Also, Rizzo’s BANG joke took the cake. That was awesome.
@TheOrangeCurtain it was nuts that Rizzo predicted the fastball against Andriese. These guys are really really good at baseball.
It will be much harder to become a two way player thanks to Manfred.
Angels pitching prospect Chris Rodriguez looks to be back and throwing! Less whiplash in his head when he pitches, which was a big issue before (and looks to be under control now).

I had to check for the tommy john twist, but it’s hard to tell. He holds his hand so low it doesn’t really look like he get a full tommy john twist in. Then again, I have no idea what good mechanics vs bad really look like.
After reading the projection of mvp winners this years, I’m just reminded of how many extremely talented young ballplayers are in the game today. It is truly exciting to watch so many young men play the game at such a high level
Bedrosian Implosian…
Just Cam doing his Cam thing. My kid just got home, had gone to change from his basebal gear and wash up, walks back into the room, sees the score, asks what happened, sees Bedrosian and says “Oh, Bedrosian”. This is from a 10 yr old.
I wasn’t watching/listening, so I can’t have an opinion, but I’m just hoping that Callaway was having him work on one specific thing that game.
Better to get it all out now!
Hey, Cam was doing pretty well last year! I think he’ll be fine this season. I choose to believe some guys mess around during Spring training. Like Ohtani swinging hard at everything, just for the hell of it.
I can’t wait to see that kid jump into Trout’s arms as his dad celebrates a World Series win.
Will his son be old enough to buy him a beer? 😉
