As Posey is proving, sometimes catchers do not make good FO types. And Suzuki shows that with managers!
Angels @ Giants 7/25/26
Lol the announcers were blasting Nolan even before the tag was made at 3rd.
It’s just a feeling but I think Suzuki is telling the players “just keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll come around”. Or maybe not telling them anything at all…I don’t know
It’s hard to believe he could function as a MLB catcher. He has absolutely no feel for the game at all.
O’Hoppe works hard, he’s in great shape and his results get worse. If you have any brain cells there is really only one logical explanation for that. Announcers trying to get us to connect the dots.
The Angels team has the wrong people helping their players on the offensive side.
Yes, that has been true for a really long time. O’Hoppe is a good thing waiting to happen with the right instruction.
I think my pre season prediction of 69 wins this season for this bunch was a wee bit overstated.
So how many RBI did Trout get in that 4 game series in NY? Take that out and how many RBI’s does he have in the rest of the season?
He had 7 home runs in the first Astro series (2) and 5 in the Yankee series. Take out those two series, he has 12 home runs on the year and 27 rbis.
I’ll take the question seriously. Most of the team was put together by an intern who never knew what he was doing. He signed the wrong guys, he traded for the wrong guys, he drafted the wrong guys so that’s the pool of available players we’re left with
what’s the rule on position players pitching? Can they come in here? or only in the 9th?
AI says extra innings, down by 8 runs at any time, or down by 10 in the 9th or after, which makes no sense, considering down by 8runs at any time.
Hopefully, every day JM discovers more about how bad we really are and that helps him see what he needs to do.
