There’s the flamingo drill I was talking about. Keeps Paris in the zone and able to cover the back side of plate so max velocity doesn’t matter.

I have not had the chance to scroll through the comments, but Moncada has really shitty defense. My so was watching and said that his freshman baseball coach, would lose his mind if he saw a player trying to play the ball like that.
