Launch the Shufflebot!

Silseth pitches well in an adrenaline-filled situation. A 6-1 ninth inning was not one of those.

Yep. Agree totally. Hopefully it doesn’t bite us here …

I do understand Kurt’s

Silseth doesn’t have a punch out pitch.

Didn’t he used to have a good splitter?

It is hard when you bring a high leverage guy into a non-save situation. It is tough to fabricate that intensity..

No one tell Silseth that if he gives up another run he can qualify for the save.

One way or the other he shan’t get the save. Romano has to warm up now.

No. He still couldn’t get a save. You can’t add runs to make it a save situation for yourself

I was being facetious, that’s why I said for no one to tell him that.

This game is a HUGE leap for Soriano. Showing maturity and Cy Young candidate type performance!

Yep. He also needed to show that he could do it at HOME.

One of the best starts in a long time by an Angel. Absolutely flawless control of the game after giving up the early homer.

Sale’s ERA went O.50 to 3.79 tonight. I would not have even anticipated that happening tonight.

If only Moncada’s batting average could do that

Ump sounded so cocky on that challenge

Soriano being super efficient is huge after beating the crap out of our bullpen yesterday.

I have to believe that MM has helped him to go after people. Last season it would drive me CRAZY how Soriano would nibble and walk guys…. especially the 8 and 9 hitters of the opponent.

Yeah, he was channeling his inner CJ Wilson last season.

Anyone following the Dodgers? They have way too much talent. It’s unfair. Even if we made the playoffs, we could only win on luck.

Nobody is beating them. Even with a slew of injuries they have so much depth they would still win easily ….

On paper yes, but you have to play the games. Jays came within 6″ beating them last year. Hot pitching can also stiffen up that line-up.

6 innings on only 69 pitches. Soriano may go the distance tonight

What happened to Schanny? Candelario is terrible.

thanks, just making sure. I still think you have to let Schanny face the tough lefties.
