Please let tomorrow be the last time that we see Rengifo in the lineup.

I know Ive already said it, but his defense is atrocious and I don’t get the smiling after getting out.

I am rooting for Dana, Silseth and Detmers to learn from this season and be effective teammates next season.

We desperately need to have professional management. That includes a general manager that can build an organization, a 26 and 40 men roster and a manager and a coaching staff who know how to run a team on a professional level. I sure hope we see Hunter as the manager next year.

Torii is a great dude but what makes him a good candidate? Handing a ex-player, fan favorite no managerial experience the job has risk. A good veteran coach should be considered.

I would love a good veteran coach, but I doubt Perry will do that. Perry can probably get Torii cheaper and we know that’s all the ArteChrist wants. Torii was the glue that held the team together when he played, so I bet he could get them all on the same page as a manager.

I like him, for sure but no slam dunk. Id be ok with that. Change in the right direction. But seeing Tito Francona having more success with the Reds in his first year, I’m regretful we missed out.

Angels hitters are despicable. This pitcher walked 4 of first 8 batters, and neither Guzman nor Rengifo waited for a strike before swinging.
The game is meaningless, but these types of batters (who don’t understand the situation) must be purged from the roster
