Today we had Jose Soriano versus Hunter Brown on the mound. In the first inning, after a Zach Neto flyout and a Yoan Moncada strikeout. Mike Trout blooped a double into the Astros weak spot. Apparently if Jeremy Pena can’t get to it, it might just drop in front of Yordan Alvarez.
Taylor Ward walked. Jo Adell grounded out to short. Oh well.
Jose Soriano promptly gave up a walk and a base hit. Luckily he got Jose Altuve to hit into a force out at third. Carlos Correa struck out. So did Jesus Sanchez.

Taylor Ward walked and Jo Adell singled, but thanks to outs by Trout and Rengifo, the Astros get to bat again. It’s OK. The Angels got through the inning and even got their first double play of the game on Jose Altuve.
Inning 7:
Lance McCullers Jr. came in to replace Hunter Brown. Two quick outs brought up the mighty Oswald Peraza. He singled and subsequently picked up a stolen base. Does this guy suck or what? Zach Neto struck out to end the top of the seventh. Astros: strikeout, groundout, strikeout.
