Griffin Canning looked good but didn’t make it out of the sixth inning but who cares?!?!?!!!! The Halo bats destroyed Jerry Dipoto’s arms. Jared Walsh hit two HRs in going 4 for 4, Anthony Rendon had his first big game since returning from the DL (first big game of the season, really) and lots of mashing elsewhere.

If game had been closer the BP once again would have given it away. Good thing our top 6 knows how to hit and get us on the boards. Remember Jim Mora’s rant about Playoffs! Playoff’s? Both JUp and Albert have been a bit of a surprise and Antony got involved also. We watched the game at a neighbors and we had fun but still felt anxious in the last 2 innings.

The big story for me in yesterday’s game is Trout hitting home run number 309 to tie Edgar Martinez for the ninth most homers ever hit by an AL West player. And the cherry on the top is that he did it in Seattle.

Just posted because I thought it was funny. I’m sure George Brett was robbed of a few HRs from OFs making great plays. I liked him and the royals uniforms back in the day.
All the unifoms were better back then. The exception is maybe the Angels unis as I like the current red look better than the navy, white and red from that time. Though those were not bad.
I love every uniform but our current ones, even the Disney one (although I really didn’t like it at the time).
I can remember the 80s and 90s variations being kind of loser ones but having won a WS (validity as a franchise imo) and enough time passing the retro angels look gets me (to buy merch) every time.
