Daron Sutton chats with CtPG

New Angels play-by-play voice Daron Sutton is really looking forward to coming home to OC and being the voice of his favorite team. He took some time to talk broadcasting, his dad, and old school baseball with me. I hope you enjoy it.

Just finished the video.
Giving us his time already tells me how good Daron should be as a person and already can’t wait to hear his calls after being introduced to his career and philosophy in the video.

Also thanks to Jeff who always bring these interviews to this site. I really
enjoy these.

I just finished listening to this post, great job Jeff. I remember Daron back the first time through the Halos. Happy to see that he is back and looking forward to hearing him call the games. Still a bit gun shy on a 3-person booth but ready to give it a go.

Daron is following his dad’s broadcaster footsteps.

That was a good listen. Like him talking about the differences between radio and TV. Makes me appreciate Terry more.
