Patrick O’Neal on assignment from inside his fish aquarium
At first I thought he was on the toilet.
Plan the World Series parade
LTBU!
I miss Victor already
Same, dude.
We’ll be just fine, looking forward to a new voice, hoping the hire will not be from within.
Angels win 1st meaningless game of 2021
Game over, such as it was. At least we won.
it really doesn’t feel all that good. Thanks, Manfred.
What the….crazy 7th inning rule?
And tomorrow only 5.
what???? really? When do the dads start doing the pitching, underhanded?
and we must be getting that “two outs is enough if 20 pitches” thing, too. Next…participation ribbons?
So who plays centerfield in SLC?
It’s nice to see the depth guys generating some offense.
nice piece of
hittingwalking by AdamsSchebler making the trek to Salt Lake
Marsh will be the starting Angel Right fielder by June 1st
that’d be pretty fantastic. I wonder….I think Joe might stick with Fowler for a long time but it seems obvious that Marsh has the upside edge. and Jo….well, let’s give him this Spring plus some SLC time.
The Magic Mullet is back!
Very happy to see the Angels back in action! Lord give me strength to not overreact to meaningless spring training games.
Amen
I interrupt this game thread to announce that old
friendfiend Keynan Middleton gave up a home run to Wil Myers on his first pitch as a Seattle Mariner.Yep.
all I know is we won the 2 1/2 inning game.
Now we know Arte’s negotiating position about the CBA. 2 1/2 inning games are the wave of the future.
Per Angels PR, Gerardo Reyes left this afternoon’s game with right elbow discomfort.
Oh. I though it was his left hamstring
We’ll see him again in late 2022
Always rooting for Rojas . Local Anaheim kid never has got a chance with the big club.
About Adell, since I follow his IG, he does all the weight room stuff, the agility and conditioning, the batting cage. But never once do you see him shagging fly balls. You can be an athlete but if you don’t know fundamentals, then you don’t know the sport. I’m a tennis coach,( not baseball) , and I see this all the time.
but he didn’t have these problems in the minors, did he? We’d have heard about it.
I’m not sure . When Sax or Knoblauch developed the yips or When Ankiel could no longer find home plate it seems like it just started manifesting itself overnight.
Everyone is still knocking off the rust.
Except Adell. he looks like he’s in midseason form.
Ha!
Matt Thaiss always looks sad
