Angels are gonna be 5-15 on the road. 12-12 at home.

Pathetic.

We are terrible with two out and runners in scoring position. In contrast our pitchers have given up more two out runs than any team in baseball.

In 2021 that has to change drastically.

5 guys in the starting lineup batting well below .200, a nice reminder why I’m not watching.

Sad thing is that kind of lineup has been pretty common

Wait, they stole home off of us? Back end of a double steal?

Did you guys see; the Braves have scored 29 runs tonight !

I don’t ever recall an MLB team in my lifetime scoring that many. Off the top of my head I can remember several occasions of 24,23.. The Cubs and Phillies played a game in either 80’ or 81’ that was like 24-23.

But I don’t recall a single team scoring more than 26.

29 runs on only 23 hits! Crazy! Their starter gave up 7 runs, first reliever came in and gave up 13/12 earned including 4 HR’s.

He’d fit right in as an angel reliever. Maybe Maddon can cross train him and throw him in a 2nd too.

The Braves scored 11 runs in the 2nd inning. Talk about getting off to a good start.

Okay. I do remember I really high game between those two teams about 15 years ago but I thought it was in the 20’s.

We should be glad it wasn’t our pitching staff, lol. It’s the Marlins.

Joe Maddon must have a good heart, giving Hansel these chances.

that’s nice. I hate Texas. At least, even if they win tonight, they’ll still be behind us. Or maybe that’s not a good thing.

Angels: “If we sweep this series we have a shot at the playoffs”. Also Angels: “Let’s call up Matt Thaiss and play him at 2B and LF!”

it’s back. I was looking at Houston’s schedule. Our best bet was to catch them, which was feasible a couple of days ago. After all, we’re playing lowly Texas and they’re playing Oakland. Well, anyway, I just looked at the schedule. Seattle is Houston’s most difficult opponent in their last 13 games.

Why is this pitching staff so awful? Why didn’t Trout dive for that ball? Why is this team so bad?
