Most of the articles I am finding are “Such and such team is interested in such and such player.” Maybe tomorrow there will be some news.
Shohei Ohtani is crashing back to earth. I wonder if this is the same knee he had the surgery on.
Stephen Kolek is on the 15 day IL with a right flexor strain. Twins pitchers Mick Abel and David Festa are both unlikely to pitch again this season.
The Nationals signed left-hander Matt Krook to a major league deal.

Postgame up.
Wow Suzuki has found his match! Walking Lowe? Wow, I”ll take it!
lol stole that one
I think it was more like it was given to us. The ball that Grissom hit should have been caught as well.
O’brien hit 2 guys and walked another.
He hit Junior Caminero in the ASG too. I think the Cards need Zeferjahn
Please!
Nolan (.282) started that rally
We are sooo getting .300 !
A classic win!!! Haha!!!
WALK IT OFF!! Literally!!!
Intentionally walking Josh Lowe is a choice
Fine give me the Jo walk-off GS lol
Josh Lowe intentionally walked lol
I wish Siri had scored. Now I see he was trying to tag up
Reminder: Perry took Christian Moore right before JJ Wetherholt.
JJ was drafted one spot before. You may be thinking of Konnor Griffin
I remember that and I was really excited for him until St Louis took him right before.
Damn you right
Soooooo close!
That’s one way for Soler to get on base.
Ho hum Nolan with another knock. Incoming Soler game ending double play
I’ve been extremely impressed with Ottavino in the booth tonight. He’s been unbelievably good with his commentary
It’s quite a change from the conversation we usually get which has nothing to do either with the game or baseball. And I also don’t miss every hit ball being screamed at like it’s a potential HR. It’s been very professional.
It kind of makes you realize how bad the normal guys are.
I like Wayne and Gubi for what they are but by comparison you really feel the difference in analysis and education
Trade Fermin!
I bet Fermin will only give up two runs.
Everyone else’s infielders are incredible
Pazuzu is the best fielding infielder, but he sits and doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt to work through a slump like Soler does.
Probably because he doesn’t hustle like Soler does. 😉 I could live with Suzuki if he went all offense or all defense with the line up, but instead, he sacrifices both.
Meckler with a better AB than Lowe will have this month, but we’ll see Meck on the bench again tomorrow.
