The Angels erupted in the tenth inning for six runs to put an emphatic finish to Sunday’s game against the Athletics. When I say erupted, I mean more runs than either side scored in the rest of the game. The final score was 11-5 Angels.
Jo Adell had a big game with four RBIs. Christian Moore chipped in another three.
Zach Neto homered in that tenth inning beatdown.
Kenley Jansen got the win!

that 10th inning really turned the game around
Was driving home from Bakersfield. The 10th inning took up a good part of the trek.
Much needed win. I’m interested in watching the Reds.
Nice. A much needed win for a new winning streak.
4-2 over the last six games. 38 games left, 7!!!!!! out of the wild card. We would need to finish 25-13 to have *chance* at WC3. Ain’t gonna happen so instead we can enjoy passing our 2024 record soon, enjoy Trout when he eventually gets to 400, enjoy the kids.
Besides that 8 game streak, we really haven’t had our once a year 15-6 type run.
So you’re telling me there’s a chance? … (cue meme)
Nice to see everybody doing well and kudos to Adell for leading the way, Moore doing more, Renny coming off the pine and hitting a 3b, Neto being Neato, Schanny and Trout and Ward adding to the day. I like the individual numbers increasing also.
Meaningful? Meaningless? What is meaning?
LTBU – This is meaning.
Meaningful for the hardcore fan. I would honestly be really sour if the Angels got swept after an epic series vs Doyers. A horrible night in baseball for me is Angels lose, check the NL, Padres lose and of course Dodgers win. I tell my older son on those days “tonight was a sh_t night in baseball”. Had the 2 past nights of that, and it almost happened again this afternoon; grateful for the Halo win.
LTBU!
