I fell like this was Perry’s perfect draft ( at least in his mind) as he was able to take 9 prep players and sign them all. With the built in limitations of the 20 Round Bonus Pool System, there’s No way a GM does that and takes that risk unless he feels extremely secure in his job

Unless Cheap & Evil Arte told him “G.D. Perry I spent millions on that building you sure as hell better use it every damn day”
