Camelback is my favorite overall facility. I’ll spend at least an hour on the back fields before heading into the game. And when the Sox are the home team, seats are plentiful.

How many Andersons are too many? We have three now? Are we entering the Matrix?
Brian Anderson can probably coach?
4 if you include Shaun Anderson who signed a minor league contract and got a NRI to spring training
Oh my. They are everywhere!
Suarez traded?
Perry nominated for DM of the year!
The better move would’ve been DFA. Minasian traded for a guy who walked 18 batters in 17 spring innings.
At least he is consistent.
Updated, 20 in 20 innings.
The other problem is Anderson is out of options so Minasian will probably demote or release someone better.
Better?
Like who ML?
Probably cheaper to DFA the new guy, so Win-Win?
And a 2.45 ERA
“Great trade. Who’d we get?”
Okay, so we sign Julio Arias immediately after the AS break. So, in essence, we replace Jose with Hose B in Urias.
Opinions?
Which one has a better left hook?
(And I’m not talking about their curve ball)
Kyren Paris with 2 more hits and a stolen base today.
Come on Wash & Co. lets find him a seat at the big boy table.
So Rule 5 pick Garret McDaniels hasn’t pitched for almost a week know which is weird considering the Angels need to make a decision on him by next Wednesday.
Is he hurt or have they already decided his future with the Organization ?
Suarez is getting his spot.
I was afraid you’d say that.
Thanks ruining my Friday IE
LOOOOOOOOO-GOOOOOO
hey, there you are! I consider today a success. We won 3-3 and we’re winning the other with Kikuchi looking good.
We are also winning the tie category in the Cactus League
So today feels like getaway day at the end of a meaningless season. ( Basically every early October here) We’ll probably clock the quickest average game times throughout the cactus and grapefruit leagues
Just here to say that Paris should get 350 AB’s at 2nd base to see is he can hang in 2025. No reason not to.
Especially not to promote Tim Anderson. He’s washed.
Put Renny at 3rd, Paris at 2nd, Neto at SS.
Until the ASB. Or later.
Trade Renny then, throw whomever at 3rd. If Paris sucks in his try out – fine. But PLEASE don’t waste AB’s on Anderson.
Not. Worth it.
Paris will get 350 AB at second base this year. IN AAA.
TA wont get released until Neto comes back at the very earliest. Until then you get to watch the wash
The danger of not giving him a spot now when he has really earned it is that he could get dejected, do poorly at AAA and then lose confidence. I think now is the time to strike while the iron is hot. I think about this alot …. How many potentially useful Major League players had their careers killed by GM’s mismanaging their early years and making bad decisions that impacted them psychologically in a negative way ?
This would be hard to measure, but you can be sure it has happened before …
You mean how like Brandon Wood was jerked around. Never given consistent playing time for the longest time. I literally remember a game he hit 2 homers in and then was on the bench the very next day so that Quinlan could play.
Yes, this would be the sort of thing I am talking about … but I am thinking more specifically about being left in the minors too long to “ripen” but then going quickly from ripe to rot.
For better or worse, Wash prefers his vets. Anderson and Moncada are going to be given every opportunity to succeed.
If that’s the case demoting him to fielding coach and bring someone in who wants to be part of an actual rebuild as opposed to moving deck chairs around the Titanic.

Present!
Everyone is watching March Madness, I can see.
White Sox game was yesterday
So is Texas Reid Detmers’ & Jose Suarez’ Kryptonite?
